Scott Aberson is an associate in Maslon's Litigation Group. Scott received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, in government and international affairs from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Scott received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He served as a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review, and authored a note on the issue of medical monitoring. In addition, Scott participated in the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court Competition, receiving an award for best brief and winning the oral argument competition. Scott also represented William Mitchell in the New York Bar Association's National Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Maslon, Scott spent a year serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
