Haley Schaffer is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group and focuses her practice on trial and appellate work in cases involving complex commercial disputes and business torts. She has significant experience representing clients in all stages of litigation, arbitration and appeals. Haley has represented a wide range of clients, including individuals, small businesses and global corporations. She has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics since 2005.

Prior to joining Maslon, Haley completed a clerkship for the Honorable David S. Doty of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Haley received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern University Law School. She is a member of the Order of the Coif and a recipient of the Bell, Boyd & Lloyd Appellate Advocacy Award. She received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Princeton University.
