- Represented a local developer in the development and sale of a major locally-based technology campus, including TIF documentation.
- Represented a national restaurant chain in the acquisition of more than a dozen national sites for restaurant development and operation.
- Represented a national bank in the acquisition of numerous sites for bank development and operation, including redevelopment sites with environmental cleanup.
- Represented the purchaser of a major downtown Minneapolis office building.
- Represented a publicly traded company in all aspects of developing and financing casinos and related hotels and entertainment facilities with a value in excess of $1 billion.
- Represented a United States agency in all aspects of developing a facility costing in excess of $100 million, including land assembly, negotiations with a major Midwestern city, dealings with historic preservation issues and negotiation of construction contracts.
- Represented a national aggregate producer in the sale of various quarry lands, cement plants and other assets, including over 500 acres of land.
- Represented a national commercial uniform supplier in managing its real estate portfolio, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of various real properties.
- Represented a national defense industry contractor in the sale of several significant real estate assets in Minnesota.
- Represented a developer in a complex workout with a public agency and institutional lender involving the sale and transfer of a major mixed-use project in Minneapolis.
- Worked with a developer to acquire and develop the former Sears Tower in Minneapolis, Minnesota, addressing predevelopment leasing, title and environmental issues negotiated with the City of Minneapolis.
- Represent a client in the acquisition, financing and leasing of major industrial centers throughout the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.
- Serve as a real estate adviser to a multi-national corporation. Represent the client in real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing and environmental matters.
