- Represented ground tenant in a 150-year ground lease regarding an existing national chain restaurant subtenant when deeding of fee became impossible within a 1031 exchange period.
- Represented a property owner/landlord in a 50-year ground lease of a major downtown hotel property.
- Represented a national restaurant chain in the acquisition of more than a dozen national sites for restaurant development.
- Worked with a developer to acquire and develop the former Sears Tower in Minneapolis, Minnesota, addressing predevelopment leasing, title, and environmental issues negotiated with the City of Minneapolis.
- Represent a client in the acquisition, financing and leasing of major industrial centers throughout the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.
