Comprehensive Plan Agreements, Zoning, Conditional Use Permits, Variances and Development Agreements
- Represented a local developer in the development and sale of a major locally-based technology campus, including TIF documentation.
- Represented a commercial greenhouse operator in obtaining necessary land use entitlements and environmental reviews, including rezonings and conditional use permits for expansion of existing commercial greenhouse operations, and new site acquisitions.
- Represented several aggregate industry companies in the protection of over 4,000 acres of prime operating quarry land and freeway access from undo infringement by proposed incompatible uses of adjacent land.
- Helped developers obtain city, county and state approvals for development of a large residential project constructed over a former landfill, including negotiations with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for environmental protections.
