The Maslon Real Estate Team has experience representing property managers in a number of commercial settings, including Class A urban office space, industrial/warehouse, retail centers, mixed-use projects and office/research and development facilities. Our services include counseling property managers, drafting form lease documents, negotiating leases with tenants, and administrative services such as assisting with land use entitlements (e.g., variances), property tax appeals, and dispute-oriented representation, including eviction.
