We have extensive depth in analyzing construction claims, including preparing and presenting the claims or defending against them, whether they arise out of differing site conditions, disruptions, acceleration, changes-constructive or expressed-defective plans or specifications, suspension or termination.

As a result of litigating multiple sick-building claims in the Southeast United States over a period of seven years, we are particularly disciplined in this area, and boast the most complete and comprehensive library of engineering and medical expert materials relating to mold species and the development of mold colonies in construction systems and components. We advise national contractors with regard to their mold loss prevention programs, and teach on the subject across the United States.

We have also developed a practice dedicated entirely to enforcing indemnity agreements on behalf of contractors. Our members have litigated and arbitrated in nearly every state. Our members have appeared before numerous state courts, United States District Courts, United States Circuit Courts of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims; various Boards of Contract Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
