Maslon Attorney Brian Klein Elected President of the Minnesota (Upper Midwest) Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association

Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP, is pleased to announce that Attorney Brian Klein has been elected to serve as President of the Minnesota (Upper Midwest) Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Klein will assume the role of President on January 1, 2008.

The Turnaround Management Association is an international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. The Upper Midwest Chapter of the TMA has members consisting mainly of consultants, brokers, lenders, attorneys, CPAs and business investors involved in the management, acquisition or financing of distressed and emerging businesses.

Brian Klein has been a member of the Turnaround Management Association since 1999. He is the chair of Maslon's Financial Services Group and has extensive experience representing banks, asset-based lenders, insurance companies, indenture trusties and other lenders and investors in all forms of commercial lending, real estate financing, mezzanine and distressed debt investment, loan syndications and Native American gaming finance.
