David Herr Interviewed by Fox News on the Appointment of Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court

David Herr, who leads Maslon's prominent appellate practice team, was interviewed recently by Fox News regarding Governor Pawlenty's appointment of Eric Magnuson as Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. David has known Eric Magnuson since they were both in law school and has argued cases on opposite sides. Herr spoke highly of Chief Justice Magnuson's extensive experience in the Minnesota courts and noted, "he knows the court and how it is supposed to work."
