Brenda Howard is a paralegal in Maslon's Intellectual Property and Technology Services Group.  She works with both national and international trademarks and copyrights.  Brenda is active in all stages of trademark protection, including screening, searches and analysis and is involved with all procedures necessary to obtain and protect intellection property rights.  She also assists with mergers and acquisitions, stock transfers, general corporate law, probate and trust administration.
